Service Description

A virtual one-on-one consultation that starts with a comprehensive evaluation of your wellbeing. This intake includes the 10+ Questions of Chinese Medicine along with other integrative health questions. In the consultation, we'll get you clear about your goals and the potential obstacles in your way. We'll conclude with an action plan to start building momentum on your changes and a method to assess your progress. This is a great option for those who are self-driven and organized, but would benefit from an outsider's perspective. Oftentimes we can't see the forest through the trees when it comes to our own health. Additionally, the Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective is a bit different from what you may already know. It takes your whole being into account, instead of separating you into different system categories and treating symptoms separately. You are a complex and interconnected being, after all! *If you decide to start the 10-week program after completing the initial consultation, the cost of the initial will be deducted from the cost of the 10-week program, as long as you start the program within 2 weeks of your initial consultation.
