Week One: Initial Consult
Virtual meet with your coach for a comprehensive evaluation of your wellbeing. You are an interconnected person. What you eat and how you sleep affect how calm and focused you feel each day. We're going to dive deep to better understand you. Most importantly, we will uncover what motivates you on a subconscious level. We will establish your overall goals for the program and what the first step will be to reaching them.
Week Two: Change Begins
These first weeks are the most difficult for most people. You will use a tracking program best suited to your lifestyle to chart your progress. Your coach will be checking in with you every few days to encourage and help you.
Week Three: Find Your Stride
This week you will join your group, exciting! Around this time, most people start feeling more comfortable with their new habits and more confident to keep going. However, this is still a challenging time for most. Your group will be there to inspire and support you.
Week Four: Group Meet
In week four you'll join a virtual meet with your group. You'll share your achievements and struggles in a supportive environment. Group meets include short talks on special topics. Here's a list of topics we could cover, it depends on the group. Requests welcome!
Week Five: Follow-up Consult
Another virtual meet with your coach to discuss any challenges or obstacles you’re facing with your changes. Together you will determine the next steps to continue working toward your goals.
Weeks Six & Seven: Progress Continues
At this point, most people feel highly encouraged by the progress they've already made. Also, the benefits of the changes become very clear by now. You will track your progress and your coach will check in with you throughout the entire program.
Weeks Eight: Group Meet
Another opportunity to meet virtually with your group. We'll hear stories of progress and challenges along the way. We will have another talk on a special topic. See the list of possible topics here.
Weeks Nine & Ten: Continuation Phase
In the final weeks of the course you will set 6-month, 1-year, and 5-year goals using the system you've learned. Although this is the end of the 10-week program, it's the beginning of the rest of your life. Using your new strategies, you can continue to make changes edit your goals and make more goals. You can also elect to exchange contact information with members of your group, giving you access to accountability friends beyond the program.
